I think in systems.
I write to understand them.
I’m a product strategist based in Toronto, working at the intersection of digital identity, AI, and the systems that quietly shape how trust gets built between institutions and people.
I work on Interac Verified — a new AI-enabled B2B SaaS identity verification platform — building go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and roadmap in a category that’s actively being defined. Before Interac, I came up through management consulting at Info-Tech Research Group, advising CIOs and CTOs across North America on digital transformation, IT strategy, and organizational change.
To sharpen the product side of that background, I completed the Tech MBA at Schulich School of Business — Canada’s first and only — on a merit-based scholarship, graduating with distinction. I think the most interesting problems live where a market is still forming, the customer insight isn’t obvious yet, and the team has to move without perfect information. That’s where I do my best work.
I speak French and am working on my Spanish. I’ve lived across Europe and Asia, and think that shaped how I see markets and people more than most things.
Outside of work: I was selected from 2,000+ candidates to represent my riding in Canada’s House of Commons for Daughters of the Vote, where I addressed pressing issues impacting Canadians directly to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. I travel when I can, cook when I can’t, and do HIIT workouts in between.
